U.S. District Judge Stephen Murphy III, who is white, apologized nearly two years later when the case against Leron Liggins finally was ready for trial. He explained that he was mad at the time "and I regret it."

With 16 judges on the #6thCircuit getting the exact same panel of 3 judges for the same type case is astronomical like 1 in 16,777,216, so someone with the authority to select the judges has put their thumb on the scales of justice. Lady Justice in the 6th circuit is no longer blind.
