throws out conviction, orders new trial after federal judge in says Black man 'looks like a criminal to me'

U.S. District Judge Stephen Murphy III, who is white, apologized nearly two years later when the case against Leron Liggins finally was ready for trial. He explained that he was mad at the time "and I regret it."

Nonetheless, the appeals court said Murphy should have removed himself as Liggins' attorney had requested.

The same exact 3 judge panel on the 6th circuit court of appeals that let Tennessee's on for go into effect, gets selected for the case against Kentucky's ban, allows it to go into effect there too. (1/2)

With 16 judges on the getting the exact same panel of 3 judges for the same type case is astronomical like 1 in 16,777,216, so someone with the authority to select the judges has put their thumb on the scales of justice. Lady Justice in the 6th circuit is no longer blind.
