I am taking my politics and other upsetting topics in small doses these days.

My health is at stake.

So I’m #ArtJournaling and #JunkJounaling.

Sorting my materials is my first step and getting rid of anything I don’t love.

Then organizing. They need tidying up, they’re pretty well sorted.

I hope I live long enough to complete and enjoy my creations.
I’m quite looking forward to it.

Mind you this is being said by someone with ADHD so really, who knows? 🤷🏼‍♀️
