MikeInTheGarden, 7 months ago to Halloween A few years ago, we went to a wonderful exhibition at the #Museum of #Witchcraft in #Boscastle, all about how #Halloween has changed over the years. Amongst the many fabulous things were a gorgeous selection of American Halloween #cards from the 30's, 40's and 50's. This inspired me to do a little more digging into the artwork and themes encapsulated in the designs. Placating #spirits to foretell your #future, show you your future #spouse and to find #happiness were common themes. Marvelous image/jpeg image/jpeg image/jpeg
