A company I work for uses it; it's pretty typical remote-administration, helpdesk-assistance type stuff as far as I know. It's installed on all company machines, including the one they sent me.
For example, when you 'accidentally' click the help question mark instead of the exit cross, it will open Microsoft Edge with a search on Bing for "help with paint in windows".
