Really great ep, @GreatestTrek! The theme song sounds so professional, especially the harmonies. I love that B&A have already identified Archer as a nepo baby and Trip as Dubya, I'm glad to hear them calling out Berman and Braga for grossness towards female characters / cast, and I'm very much looking forward to hearing the Jeffrey Combs slashfic. #FriendsOfDesoto
It is 14:30 and I’m just now getting to Star Trek. I’m starting not with the new ep of Discovery but with Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, in preparation for the Streaming Syboktacular.
I might have seen this one before, but I doubt it. I really don’t like James TOS Kirk.

I think I've started and quit that series twice now because I was annoyed at how unnecessarily horny it was. That generation of #StarTrek was notoriously bad to its female cast, and the escalation from “acting in a painful catsuit" to “rubbing goo, lit like soft porn" put me off.
But perhaps I will try to out-horn the writers this time. I bet it's more fun with a hot gay lens.
