I haven't been running this week and I feel bad for it. I love running, but life gets in the way. I'm not a morning person and my work is time consuming so the only spot is during the evening nowadays from 6pm to 9pm and sometimes it gets too late. My daughter is having a hard time right now so I dedicate my evening hours to her. I'd rather not run in the night, it ruins my good night sleep which is important. So it's tricky.
I think this week is done, because my mom comes to visit today and tomorrow I want to spend time with my wife for coffee. Next week going to sort my calendar in a way I can run before or after lunch in between the work day. After all, I'm an entrepreneur. That might solve this tricky situation with schedules.
A little #LifeUpdate - work has been quite stressful as I had lots of projects ongoing (I seriously need to learn how to say no).
The good news is that this week, things have started to wrap up and nearing the end with one, and completely finished with another, which means a lot of weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
When I was in the thick of it, it was hard to "see the light". Now I'm at the other side, it's seems. so silly and obvious.
