During Lukashenko's visit to the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar, a man ran to the central square with a Ukrainian flag.

In a few years ago the police called the firefighters to remove a banner hung from the windows of a private home because it had words ("You're not welcome") against the the minister of internal affairs (both the police and the firefighters depend on the ministry of internal affairs).

They weren't punished by the courts.
