@nilz Schleswig-Holstein hat mit dem #PACT-Gesetz eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, die hilft, dass diejenigen Grundeigentümer, die etwas für ihre Innenstadt tun wollen, sich zusammen tun können und die anderen zwingen mitzumachen. Darum könnte sich Haus&Grund mal kümmern.
