Buona liberazione e buona resistenza a tutti e tutte!
the circus that currently performs in finnish government is getting so out of hands that im just waiting for the day it just implodes in on it self like couple billionaires in a submarine.
This fucking dude is the fucking CEO of the Central Chamber of Commerce and was paid 298 596€ in wages and made 16350€ profit from his ownerships in 2018. I suspect he makes even more now.
Ok starting a new art thread for 2023! Here's the deal: a mostly daily thread with a different artist every day (sometimes I repeat from previous years if I feel like featuring other work/projects), primarily modern and contemporary since that's my thing. I'm even making a hashtag for it in case that makes it easier for folks to follow. Enjoy! #art#BigArtThread
Works by American artist Dana Chandler, 1960s-70s, a Black Power activist who believed in using art as a tool for change. His most known work is "Fred Hampton's Door" (1970, remade in 1974), which boldly recreates the apartment entryway after it was shot through with dozens of bullets in the FBI raid that murdered the 21-year-old Black Panther Party deputy chairman. #art#PoliticalArt#BigArtThread
