Recycling electrical goods could be done at kerbside and drop-off points in shops https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-67830798

A good policy proposal for a change; and if manufacturers & retailers were made to carry the full costs of collection & repair/recycling then maybe, just maybe, they’d do some math and figure it’s better to make reliable stuff with long service life in the first place.

(Hypothetically) who could make the best repairable tablet?

The Fairphone 5 is looking pretty decent, but it really is far too big. A 6.46 inch display is massive, my S10e screen is 5.8 inches and I feel like that is just about my limit.

I want a repairable, reasonable size phone.

Someone at @frameworkcomputer needs to come up with a Framework Jr, that uses cheaper materials and a @Raspberry_Pi as its mainboard, but still supports the expansion ports.
