@massivelyop All of them still are my mains (OK, it's a bit biased in #TSW because you aren't stuck in a "class" per se, but I was #TeamBlue from the start - only did a templar and a dragon for the introduction)(and I don't play #GW2 anymore, but I would stick to my thief if I decided to go back to it)
@massivelyop Ragnar Tørnquist and Joshua Deutsch, for the time they were on #TSW (Joshua even works on the PnP RPG project that is being out now, based on the IP, which I find especially cool )
@massivelyop I don't like the "endgame" concept because what's endgame? level cap? raiding? at which tier? Are dailies endgame?
Plus, I like MMORPGs that are about the journey (#LOTRO, #TSW)
That said, I liked the #GW2 approach that let you experience some of the "endgame" content (mostly the PvP/WvW experience) while still lower level (I did most of my levelling there...)
@massivelyop Spend a couple of hour figuring out how the heck I am supposed to move and how the skills are working (my last go at #TSW was a nightmare...)
@massivelyop I really enjoy the stroylines that tell us that we are underdogs. Being a hero is for solo RPG, where you don't run around into other players. Nothing ruined my immersion more than the intro of #SWTOR where my mentor explained me that he hadn't seen such a talented person in years just before I ran into an intro zone full of other [whichever class I played]. On the contrary, #TSW did a very good job in constantly reminding me that I was only one in an army
@massivelyop (if you want a true "beginner" zone, I'll say Kingsmouth (in #TSW), but "nostalgia" wouldn't be the word I'd use for this kind of beginning)
@massivelyop Exploring (it's my favorite activity in an MMO - that's why I'm liking more open world-ish games - with the notable exception of #TSW, but it was so packed with details that exploring even those smallish maps took a lot of time...)
@massivelyop a built-in map/scenarios/quests builder. (it's a bit of wishful thinking, as MMO editors cannot allow anything being pushed to their games, but having worked with a couple of fan add-ons for #TSW and #LOTRO, this would have been sooooo cool instead of working with clumsy workarounds)
