I just got an email from with the subject "Introducing Voice ID from USAA". They're rolling out a new feature allowing people to be authenticated via voiceprint analysis when they call.
What could possibly go wrong?

Even if can afford to buy a house, the fact that the big companies -- at least in -- aren't writing homeowner policies make such an investment really risky. I wish this article had mentioned these 2 things: 1) the fact that , , , and are "putting a pause on these policies" (words used by agent) because of 2) .

When you call for anything customer service related, they will ask you for a code that gets sent to you via text message. They specifically state that you should not share that number with anybody.
