Where would we be today if Al Gore wouldn’t have been robbed of his presidency and Yitzhak Rabin wouldn’t have been assassinated

The death of Prime Minister Rabin changed the path of Israel/Palestine. As for Mr. Gore on the other hand, I think his foreign policy would have made decisions similar to those of President Bush. A President Gore would have made a much higher priority, but I don't know if he would have gotten any relevant legal changes through Congress in 2000 to 2008.
