Thought I was done with the DIY's, but I just saw this cat tree and I still have an unused monitor arm... so.... 🥲

Monitor arm that I could use to make my own cat tree

Ok this is the situation for now. Found a random metal plate that I could use to attach the arms together. 🔥

Now it needs a wooden base, luckily I still have some scrap wood. Then a round ledge around it, made from.. something that can bend? No idea what that should be. 😅

Throwback to that time, shortly after moving in, that you discovered the mad bastard previous occupants had used Cat5 cable to wire up a light switch/bulb.

    LOL.
There are VSTs that can add the analog record snap-crackle-pops... Remix with it and burn a new one for the classic record sound in your car!

Bank Ollerday plans went out the window when we found the shower was leaking enough to put a damp patch on the Kitchen ceiling.

Had to dismantle the screen back to parts to find it was getting in at the bottom.

Spent approx 4 hours just scraping old sealant from everything. It's actually horrid stuff.

Then I had to spend £20 on new stuff knowing I'd use about 10% of a tube.

Made some adjustments to the sim rig, removed the seat supports, replaced with metal cross braces and l brackets, and 25 less bolts.

After photo, showing removed brackets, l brackets and metal cross members.
