DH's #knitting tip for the day: If you're worried about making a garment, take something you already own that you love and measure that garment to get what you want the finished dimensions of your knitted piece to be. Don't have to worry about figuring out ease or length.
I use my #Loungefly#HocusPocus#Binx hoodie for my non-fitted (no shaping) items, which you can see laid out under #Chucky to do a quick and dirty check for the length.
