Das Forum bietet eine Bühne für verwaltungsinterne Erfolgsrezepte, Stärken aber auch für Zweifel, um gemeinsam voneinander zu lernen und sich gegenseitig auf dem Weg zu einer agilen und bürgernahen Verwaltung zu ermutigen. #Verwaltungszukunft
🎙️ 🌟 Am Vormittag läuteten zwei international bekannten Keynote Speaker, Dr. Scilla Elworthy & Stefan Verra, einen Tag voller innovativer Konzepte & Methoden ein & zeigten u.a., mit welcher mentalen & körperlichen Haltung in der Verwaltungs-Pionierarbeit mehr Effektivität erzielt werden kann. Am Nachmittag konnten Interessierte schließlich an drei interaktiven Bootcamps teilnehmen & ihre Fähigkeiten im Bereich #MindShift#HeartShift & #SystemShift in interaktiven Formaten trainieren.

It is clear that a collapse is not just a '#doomer' scenario, but a real threat. #Acceptance of that fact is step 1 towards a sane way of dealing with the situation. The next step would be to adopt another mindset. A very profound #Mindshift is needed.
Why it is unlikely that we can avoid a collapse of both the ecological system and western civilisation is the main topic of my book, but in the last part of it I focus mostly on the things that we can do that will soften our #crashlanding.
