"worry about your conscience more than your reputation. Your conscience is what you are, your reputation is what others think of you. And what others think of you, is not your problem."
I definitely LOVED teaching the yoga classes during the Nudist Encounter in #Zipolite.
Thank you to those who got up early and joined me to enjoy the class.
thanks to my friend Fabiola for bringing a smile to my face.
I have learned that there is nothing better than being authentic. Being yourself without seeking the approval of others. Be loyal to who you are without pretending or wearing masks and then you free yourself from many mental and social ties.
Why are we so afraid of vulnerability?
I think your vulnerability is where your strength lies. The more vulnerable I feel, the more I realize what can hurt me, therefore, the more I know myself the more I develop tools to protect myself in a healthy way.
Today I went to visit the Arco of Los Cabos on kayak and paddle board, it was a fun adventure. The question here is, did I manage to have stood up at the paddle and maintained? Haha
Life is a mess, but it's a more beautiful mess when you are around friends... This week I'll be in Los Cabos hanging out with these two cool folks. Best way to recharge my energy.
How many times are we slaves of our fears, insecurities, prejudices?
We are so afraid that we forget to live and we prefer to remain prisoners of our mental barriers.
This past weekend was the celebration of the first anniversary of the Nudist hotel Luz de Luna. The party got really good, we danced our hearts out. I loved seeing old friends and making new ones. Was a great night.
"It's no use going back to yesterday because I was a different person then."
I love this phrase, because that's what life is, constant change and evolution.
Month after month, I tell you in my vlog about what's going on in my life, my next steps, my challenges, my failed plans, and everything that comes with being a nudist content creator. I'm already finishing this month's vlog so feel free to subscribe to my patreon.
The word "happiness" would lose its meaning if it were not balanced and contrasted and compared to sadness. In comparing how an experience could have been worse we develop gratitude and happiness, while if we compare it how it could have been better we develop bitterness and sadness.
Although in Mexico we don't have many legally nudist spaces, it has its good side because it makes us get away from the noise of society and find isolated places to connect. Lately spaces with lots of people annoys me, I got used to spaces where is only me and nature.
This weekend we celebrate our Mexican Independence and of course the streets are full of “antojitos mexicanos”
Do you have a favorite mexican food? For me, will be forever tacos al pastor 🌮 so I made the recipe and not to brag but they came out pretty yummy. 😋🤤
