#Putin's "United #Russia" party has created its own private army and started recruiting. It is called the #Espanola#PMC, the Defence Intelligence of #Ukraine reported.
The Espanola formation was previously part of the #Vostok battalion as a volunteer unit of #Russian hardcore football fans. #Ukrainian troops, in particular the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, have already met them in battles. In 2023, the unit was taken over by Putin's party and turned into a PMC.
