@argv_minus_one Fair enough but those FAQ pages are notoriously unorganized and incomplete. And, not having an option to talk to an operator is beyond frustrating. It shows disrespect for customers.

Sometimes, like today, a problem needs a representative to decode the myriad cryptic notations found on the website which, by the way, were different from the notes posted yesterday and the reason I needed help. - I have to laugh. Otherwise I'd lose my mind 😅

Drop it Like it's Hot makes me think of a night, in the 80s, when the club I was in got raided. The lights came on. The music stopped. Some lady dumped out her purse on the floor by the bar, leaving a pile of baggies containing white powder on the floor. I was maybe 22 at the time. It didn't connect with me what she had dumped before leaving. I was soooo naive 😅😅😅
