Chromium’s dark theme triggers it, dark reader on Firefox doesn’t.

Not on iOS, because Apple forces all browsers on iOS to just be safari with a different look

Nice. Jerboa is inspired by it, but it’s nowhere even close to Boost yet.

The link doesn’t work because post IDs aren’t the same across instances.

Found the NASA page

This image shows Jupiter’s south pole, as seen by NASA’s Juno spacecraft from an altitude of 32,000 miles (52,000 kilometers). The oval features are cyclones, up to 600 miles (1,000 kilometers) in diameter. Multiple images taken with the JunoCam instrument on three separate orbits were combined to show all areas in daylight, enhanced color, and stereographic projection.

JunoCam’s raw images are available at www.missionjuno.swri.edu/junocam for the public to peruse and process into image products.

More information about Juno is online at www.nasa.gov/juno and missionjuno.swri.edu.

How to Search Lemmy & Kbin using Google (jambitlabs.com)

You can absolutely do this in Firefox. Here is a guide on mozilla.org from 2006: https://www-archive.mozilla.org/docs/end-user/keywords.html

When posting to Lemmy, please keep in mind that the first line becomes the title and links don't work properly in the title. Please put links (and preferably mentions) in a new paragraph.

Civil Rights Defenders launches Off.guard - the first tool created to share vital information when internet shuts down (crd.org)

Internet shutdowns or disruptions in connection with armed conflicts and mass demonstrations have led to people not being able to communicate or report abuses, which has caused further insecurity, violence and violations of human rights. Off.guard allows private individuals, journalists and human rights defenders to share...

  1. Briar exists
  2. Web push notifications obviously don’t work without internet
  3. They are telling people with a need for privacy in countries that are fine with shutting down the internet to use Google Chrome if you visit using Firefox
