There’s no Offerspill here. This championship only features national federations, so Carlsen is playing for the Norwegian team together with other Norwegian players. And they’re very unlikely to win after one draw and one loss in the first two rounds.
If I had to name just one, it would always be Satie, simply because I admire how he did his own thing completely and basically composed some sort of minimalism a century before it was cool. Others I love (to name just a few): Saint-Saëns, Debussy, Schubert, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, late Mozart. More recently I’ve been a fan of Messiaen for his harmonic style and of Schnittke for his versatility and humour (and sometimes breathtakingly beautiful pieces). If we’re talking musicians (not composers), I’d name Alicia de Larrocha, Maria João Pires and Sviatoslav Richter for piano, and Isaac Stern for violin.

Ich mein, bei jeder StuRa- oder AstA-Wahl gibt es die eine Partei, die Freibier und ne Achterbahn auf dem Campus verspricht, und jeder mit mehr als einem Semester auf dem Buckel versteht das als das zu interpretieren, was es ist: ein bisschen Spaß. Das Witzigste ist in diesem Fall aber, dass es anscheinend tatsächlich manche Leute für vorstellbar halten, dass die Uni Augsburg ganz offiziell Gloryholes installieren würde.
Nur auf die Umsetzung zu schauen, verzerrt das Bild aber auch, da Parteien in der Regel nicht alleine regieren und mit ihren Koalitionspartnern Kompromisse schließen müssen. Für ein wirklich ausgewogenes Bild muss man vergleichen, was versprochen wird und wofür und wie stark die Parteien dann bei der Koalitionsbildung und -führung kämpfen.
Heute abend hat mein Laptop nach 9 Jahren treuer Dienste endgültig den Geist aufgegeben. Zum Glück habe ich kaum was Wichtiges verloren, da ich von (fast) allem Backups habe. Muss mich morgen dann nach was Neuem umschauen. Ich würde ganz gerne gebraucht kaufen, könnt ihr Backmarket empfehlen?
