@COWCAT I am having some trouble playing co-op Brok on PC with a PS5 controller. It seems like it is trying to control both characters at the same time. When I switch the co-op character to action mode, both characters do it and one of them will jump around in a circle. The rightstick won't select emojis, when I hold L2 it does the random statement and when I release it plays the fart.

I was able to fix it by using DS4WIndows and disconnecting the USB so that Windows no longer recognized it.

@objectinspace That is strange, I recommend using Steam when using PS controllers on PC. It has better compatibility (if it's not a Steam version you can still add it in Steam to make it work)

I am so, so happy to share that Brok the Investi-gator from the absolutely amazing @COWCAT is now available on IOS, and yes, it's fully accessible there too. Not only can you connect a controller if you want, but there are accessible touch screen controls too. I completed the intro before posting this to confirm all of this. This is an absolutely incredible addition to the accessible games available on IOS. If you want to try it for yourself, you can play the first chapter for free! Give it a try if you're into hybrid point and click/beat'em up games. Ya know, because there are so many of those. :) Seriously though, Brok is great. Please check it out if you haven't.

iFixit it retroactively lowering iPhone repairability score because Apple introduced a software handshake when we trade a screen or a battery. because of course they did. I would argue best solution would be custom or a open-source engine, but for anyone looking for a quick commercial solution for 2D games, works on multi-platform, out of the box solution, go for GameMaker. It's paid but you'll get someone answering & fixing your support tickets. I'm saying this having actually filed multiple tickets with them.

@NocturneGames Yeah. My biggest worry for my own company is my dependance to GameMaker. If they went under or made such bad business decision I'd be in trouble, I have a huge code base now and porting it to another engine would take like a full year at least.

@djlink @NocturneGames I don't really have time to start learning new engines, and in a few years the situation could have changed again. But I'm trying more and more to adapt my code base to be "engine independant", calling my own functions or using script files with my own format.
