Chunk,

The inflation is caused by a conglomeration of things, and mostly not from us giving out stimulus. Trump is a clown but he didn’t cause the inflation.

The inflation is supply side. That means it’s caused by reduced stuff, not increased money. The Russian war caused oil to skyrocket and that caused a significant amount of the inflation.

Chunk,

Crypto enthusiasts don’t really care or understand decentralization. If you talk to crypto bros you will realize pretty quickly that a lot of them are very very low IQ morons.

I was at an event and met a crypto bro. He tried to explain to a group of us that btc is like moss and the world is the forest. A couple people legitimately “got it” and began to get excited about crypto.

Chunk,

This is true. I used to work at a foreskin medical supply company. We would do massive shipments to various cosmetology companies, schools, and some hospitals.

Chunk,

Get out of here with your reasoning. It’s more fun to feign outrage because it gives me an opportunity to feel smart. If you start to invalidate my superiority by pointing out how arbitrary and dramatic my response is then I’m going to downvote you.

Chunk,

Yeah I would love to see them do it. I mean hopefully it works and we can use it as a reference. If it fails, well that’s their program.

Unfortunately they will bungle this shit the same way the fucked up their healthcare and it will just be a disaster.

Chunk,

People will still be confused. They’ll “understand” but be unable to generalize

Chunk,

It is shorthand for “number”. N°6 is read as “Number Six”.

Chunk,

That’s a very interesting idea.

Quick question, you say 80% of the carbon is stored in the root and that you can harvest hemp 4 times a year. Do you harvest the roots when you harvest it? Or are you only harvesting 20% of the total captured carbon on each harvest?

Chunk,

I’ve said it before and I will say it again. This is democracy in action. Her community and loved ones want their society to be that way. If that’s what they want, well, it sure doesn’t affect me.

Chunk,

Alabamans want their society to be this fucked up. I’m happy they are allowed to do this to themselves. “never interrupt your opponent when they are making a mistake” and what not.

Chunk,

But we live today, not 70 years ago.

Chunk,

Or the region could destabilize and the US has diplomatic cover to limit their hypothetical response to a more defensive set of operations.

Chunk,

This whole thing about who colonized who is silly.

This should be whom. Better luck next time!

Chunk,

Agreed 💯. This is democracy in action. In a way, I’m happy that Alabama is listening to the desires of its citizens. If they don’t want maternity wards then that’s fine with me.

Chunk,

If they put a letter for every sexuality that people identified with their would have hundreds of letters.

Chunk,

You have to pay for kagi so they are not incentivized to serve ads. They are incentivized to give you a good set of search results so you keep paying.

Chunk,

Well, if your argument is: “any company that becomes a monopoly will abuse monopoly power”, then sure I agree with you. You got me there!

My argument is: “given a reliable financial alternative to advertising, a company will be able to resist enshitification for a long time, as long as there is no absolute tyrannical monopoly.”

I assumed the last part was implied and I’m sorry for the confusion!

Chunk,

This doesn’t actually answer the question.

Chunk,

What do you think would be a sensible dress code? Or would you say that all dress codes are bad?

I’m just curious. I don’t have a strong opinion one way or the other.

Chunk,

They are both filled with very ill informed people. I guess that’s all of the Internet though. People who have no clue are the first to give their opinions. The topics that are started by “low information voters” are often most popular with other low information voters.

Chunk,

Just to make sure I understand your argument, you think Israel is going to nuke Gaza? In that case, I have a very lucrative bridge to sell you.

Chunk,

On top of that, Egyptian military intelligence warned Mossad about an imminent invasion and Mossad ignored them. The Israelis are going to be asking their government a lot of very hard questions over the best decade.
