🤡 I don't know which neighbor of mine is in a mood or drunk or tweaking or all of that (it's the one with the rooster and Confederate flag—diamonds to donuts), but they're firing weapons up into the air! Because bullets are cheap, and they can.

First time since last November. It starts every year before July 4th and lasts till about the time the okra's done for the season—first freeze.

The back yard isn't safe while they're shooting.

It's legal, if ill-advised and dumb.

    I distributed PhilB's CDs and everything MOS and ! All the "legal" circuit compilations. Yes, a fan of all that.

    We bought at dist pricing direct from labels and wholesale'd to gay-market stores like "Don't Panic!" A Different Light, Giovanni's Room. Niche marketing to ensure the CDs reached their biggest fans.

    "Twitmo" is user slang for being suspended temporarily from Twitter; a mash-up of Twitter and "Gitmo" (the post-9/11 US prison camp in Cuba).

    I was suspended permanently from Twitter for a post about Musk that was well within TOS. It was revenge, and within 8 minutes of posting. Best thing that ever happened to me. I'm home in the Fediverse, and here @ mstdn.social.
