That’s the tiniest cock I ever done seen.

Biggest voyager issue for me is complete lack of notifications.

Weird to not see (at the time I’m writing this) any mentions of “todoist” which people on forums have loved for ages. I’m not a fan at all so I’m glad to finally not see it as frequently. My preference for work, where I have multiple categories and statuses (including a “done and waiting for the other person to confirm” status) is Trello with some automations. For home, just simple reliable entry on phone and desktop, is Ticktick. I particularly love the natural date parsing built into Ticktick (can also be done in Trello with an automation), very useful for super fast task entry and due date/time scheduling.

I rewatch shows regularly. Right now I’m watching The Lost Room, Glitch (Australian), The Sandman and Penny Dreadful again. And a Korean food series on Netflix called “A Nation Of Broth”, because I love Korean food.

2 27” 4k monitors. I do 98% of everything on the main monitor. The screen to the right contains a few sticky notes (I use Zhorn Stickies) and a Ticktick widget with all my tasks for the day. When I start up Obsidian, I have a saved Ivy Lee list that appears in a spot on the right side monitor as well. It’s just basically quick-glance scrap space.

Compare to the prices of double cheeseburgers at Five Guys. $12 each.

If it didn’t come with tomato I would have asked for it. Perfectly complemented the bagel. I finished every last bit of it, including the garlic scraps - thoroughly satisfying.

This one was only about $8. Worth it.

Super delicious. But don’t ask me to differentiate it from smoked salmon from any other country… :-)

I remember going on a cruise where they had a food bar open 24x7 on board; unlimited smoked salmon (amongst other things) and soda. Without exaggerating I must have eaten maybe 10-15lb of it over the course of a week. Ever since then I’ve been a huge fan. Literally.

It’s definitely an acquired taste but the flavor combo works really well. For me anyway. Full disclosure, I destroyed my tastebuds with high-chili curries during my youth so anything light in flavour isn’t always immediately appealing to me.

Capers and salmon is a very common combo. dishesanddustbunnies.com/smoked-salmon-cream-chee…

Linux Note-taking app that supports CalDAV

Hi, does anybody know any notetaking app which supports sync with caldav server ? I am self-hosting a Radicale server which on android with DAVx5 client and jtx Board app works pretty well! I have searched on web but haven’t found any desktop alternative to jtxBoard yet which supports this protocol. Anybody using this setup ?

What non-FOSS software have you been unable to quit?

For me, Google video search, Google books (Internet Archive is good, but doesn’t always have the same stuff), Adobe InDesign (but in the process of learning LaTeX), and Typewise. As for the Google stuff, I liked Whoogle a lot, but almost all their instances seem to have been blocked or shut down. Also, apologies if this is...

+1 for Plex. Basically perfect and so much more polished than JF (which I tried on three separate occasions to force myself to like).

Did Glassdoor somehow force users to use their real names on the site?

What lunches do you eat on a weekly basis?

I’m looking for easy and cheap options for lunches on weekdays. I mostly eat deli sandwiches and hot dogs right now and I always feel like shit after eating them. I think I need something healthier but I don’t have time over my lunch hour to cook anything too fancy. What do you all do for reliable healthy easy lunches?

Microwave basmati rice and Trader Joe’s microwave yellow tadka dal. Addicted to it right now. Sometimes I’ll slice up half a beef sausage or Polska kielbasa, fry that in a pan for a couple minutes and throw it on top along with some sriracha sauce.
