Bei meinem Hausarzt ist es zum Glück unproblematisch. Ich ruf halt an, dass ich vorbei kommen will, und kriege dann eine Info, wie lang es etwa dauern wird, bis ich dran komme, und komme dann 10 Minuten vorher vorbei. Wenn keine Notfälle dazwischen kommen, warte ich meist so 10-15 Minuten, bis ich dran komme.

Facharzttermine buche ich meist online über Doctolib. Da ist eigentlich immer irgendwas binnen 3-5 Tagen zu finden.

Außerdem kann man es als Karte bekommen und ist nicht auf irgendwelche dusseligen Apps angewiesen.

Blockieren bringt halt überhaupt nichts. Hat es nicht nie, und wird es auch in Zukunft nicht.

Statt ein Feigenblatt vor zu legen, ist es sinnvoller, illegale Inhalte zu entfernen.

Einige Strecken haben die Bezeichnung “Veloroute” echt nicht verdient, aber die Seite ist der Hammer! Sogar mit Video und Live-Position auf der Karte, das ist schon ziemlich geil gemacht und definitiv eine Inspiration!

Fisch und Fleisch, oder vegane Alternativen schön und gut. Aber wie sieht es mit gutem frischem Obst und Gemüse aus?

Ich versuche, jeden Tag mindestens 2-3 Stücke Obst zu essen. Apfel, Banane, Citrusfrüchte, ein paar Trauben, etc.

Eine feste Formel zum Umrechnen gibt es nach kurzer Recherche wohl so einfach nicht, aber für 2 Thaler bekam man wohl ein Paar Schuhe (Qualität der Schuhe nicht näher angegeben).

People love using flatpaks instead (yes I know of all the shortcomings, but you can always choose another install method for that broken package).

Not on Ubuntu nor Fedora, but yes: If a “larger” package breaks on update and there is no fix available and I use that application on a pretty much daily basis, then I remove it and install the Flatpak variant.

Flatpaks are slower, do not work super well with Wayland (especially scaling, some applications have GIANT text, some have 5 pixels large text, but fortunately I was able to circumvent those issues for most applications I use via Flatpak), and you need to run another system for updates and updates are friggin slow.

On the other hand, the applications provided via Flatpak just work.

And messing with 32 bits multilib dependency hell for Steam or installing pretty much half of Kde just for Kdenlive simply isn’t something I want.

The old age of the Docker image is a bit of a red flag to me.

I settled with SWS since the Docker image and a locally installable version are actively maintained by the creator. It just serves static files and optionally directory listing as JSON (which comes in quite handy).
