Hey gang, what do you do with your empty ink bottles? Do you just recycle them or do you find fun reuses for them?

@timelordiroh i sometimes buy the califolio ink that comes for cheap in pouches … so i use empties to hold ink from the pouches.

So I never ink more than two at time. Mostly for convenience, but I just had to ink my new Nahvalur Horizon yesterday ... and it seemed reasonable to also ink the Nautilus that I have to go with it.

So now I have 4 inked, and oddly enough all four ink colors go extremely well together!

New pen day! Nahvalur Horizon Twilight with a 1.1 mm stub.

So far it's a touch drier than I like for stubs, it's very smooth. And the coloring of the resin is great!

I love lamy vibrant pink, but I have a really hard time cleaning it out of my pens .... Let me know how you fair when you get there.

Because of that, my go to is Califolio andronople. It's more of a magenta than a true pink though.

Bottle, but I've never seen any shimmer, though I'm told it's there.

@paradoxmo huh, I wonder if it's QC issues? I used some pretty juicy 1.1 stubs and don't remember having many problems. That being said ... Agree TR is far superior, but I dislike the yellowish tint and huge amount of tooth on Midori paper
