J’écrivais.

Nous passons toute notre vie à essayer de combler des vides. Pas assez d’argent, pas assez de performances dans son sport, pas assez de relations... pas assez de tout, trop de rien.

Nous avons grandi dans un monde ventant les bénéfices d’une croissance infinie. Nous forçant à croire que nous mêmes devrions progresser sans cesse. Mais la planète est limitée en ressources autant que nous le sommes à échelle individuelle.

Alors il faut réussir à admette. Admettre que quand nous avons donné le meilleur de nous-mêmes il est impossible de faire plus. Et que bien souvent, ce vide dont nous sommes tant phobiques se révèle être la solution à tous nos problèmes. Parce que « rien » n’est pas le contraire de « tout ». Car celui qui peut se satisfaire de rien a vraisemblablement tout compris.
