WTL, 2 months ago to running

Tuesday: 87 seconds of plank, 10 pushups, followed by 14.6 km of #running (-7°C with a windchill of -12°C) around #Ottawa.

Hit day 80 of my #Duolingo streak of learning Japanese.

Was really annoyed that the Chief William Commanda Bridge is still closed. 🤷🏻 Run itself was pretty good, but I now have a weird feeling in my right knee. <sighs>

Had our first post-filming meeting (we took a two-week break to give us some time). So much to do. #FilmProduction
