Games that require you to unlock the basic functions of the game can suck my nuts.

I have recently played 3 games that have forced a lengthy, unskippable tutorial section that runs for several hours of the game, just to unlock the most basic functions like buying the items, customizing features, multiplayer, and even 2-player split screen modes....

Instead of "casual" or "ranked" they should just have "play to win" or "play for fun."

Because it doesn’t seem to matter currently if you play ranked games or casual games, the general experience tends to be the same. But one has numbers and things to go with it. You still get people playing to win in casual games and you get people dicking around having fun in ranked games, and the ranks don’t necessarily...

What are some fun songs to sing karaoke to?

I’ve seen lists of songs with deep lyrics, songs that are upbeat but depressing at the same time, songs not on the radio, and other things like that… But I have never seen a list of songs that are just super fun to sing....

Do you think that there may be random internet posts from today that in the future may be seen on the same level as the writings of Plato or other great philosophers?

Maybe it’s even already happened and I’m simply not aware of it.

What happened to "stoner" comedies?

Half-Baked. Happy Gilmore. Billy Madison. Grandma’s Boy. Dude, Where’s My Car? Where have the movies like this gone? Clerks 3 was, I think, the last good one I’ve ever seen (and even they got too real and too sad so I don’t even know if I ever want to see it again as a comedy). What foods from the shows would you like to try if you could?

There’s a few for me. Yamok sauce. Various synthohols. The desserts Troi’s always eating (or being). But most especially gagh. If the body's natural temperature is about 98 degrees (F), why does it still feel really hot when the ambient temperature is 98F?

Why not periods? Why doesn’t every sentence in Spanish that isn’t a question or exclamation start with a period floating in the sky?

How come running hard (especially when out of shape) makes your lungs feel like they are on fire?

Just had this thought while running with my dog and getting fatigued. Why does it feel like that? What is going on in the tissue to make it “burn?”

Sonic showers would clean dirt from you, but you'd still stink.

Was just thinking about this while taking a boring regular shower with water. A sonic shower just vibrates at high intensity to pulverize dirt and knock it from your body; but what about oils and lipids and all that other stuff that makes you stinky?...
