Well, I am in good health ... I have made my GP rather happy ... Blood pressure excellent, weight down and waist down ... It's all down down down ... And the CT scan I scored a 0 that's zero which was what I wanted ... Giggles

So my chance of a heart attack or stroke in the next 5 years is about 2 to 3 % ... Good odds I would say

Yesterday, I was chatting with two female friends ... Father controlling issues ... Very easy solution, return the credit card that have been given by their father ... As long as you still have Tues to that person that's controlling you, you will always be controlled by that person ... I was put up with resistance with that ... Giggles
