Ah. Queues not only for London, but for public transport tickets too 😡

Tip: even if you’re only in Paris once in a while get a Navigo card. Machines to only recharge those have no queues!

@jon I can also recommend the Ile de France mobilités app. The installation process is a bit tedious, because you need to install an extra app to store the tickets, but once it's done it works well ❤️‍🩹
