Vu la ponctuation il est dit que la RC gnagnagna dans un lieu qui ne m'appartient pas DU FAIT d'un incendie ou autre désastre.
Comment puis-je être privée de la propriété d'un lieu par le fait d'un désastre (mais que ce lieu existe encore puisque c'est la RC s'y rapportant qui est garantie), mystère.
En cas de sinistre (qui n'arrivera pas, je ne villégiature pas hors de chez moi je ne sais pas comment la "conseillère" a pu me refiler ça), ça promet des débats juridiques intéressants.
