My kids (10 & 13) and I are wrapping up our first campaign together in D&D 5e, and I'm starting to think about the next one. It's going to be a homebrew setting--future humanity decimated by climate change, but also elements of weird magic with giant plants and insects, inspired by things like Studio Ghibli, Kipo, etc....
Teleportation would be an amazing power, but in the interest of "fairness", each power should have realistic limitations. Based on your descriptions, you would also need the power of remote vision so you don't teleport into an object or person. I feel like that's an extra power.
Also, teleporting seems like it shouldn't be effortless, and there should be some kind of limit to the mass you can teleport with you.

Check if your library participates in Overdrive or Libby (digital library collection). I can't believe I had been missing out on free ebooks, audiobooks, and comics/graphic novels for years. I just needed an active library card to sign up.
It's a little buried in the account settings, but Netflix does allow account sharing for an additional fee (~$7?). I know families that went with this option so they could continue sharing their account with elderly parents, and college aged children.
I imagine that if a group of friends agreed to split the cost of an account + fees, they would end up paying less than having individual accounts.
