Maybe, and if some communicaties die then that is fine and probably inevitable. But, at the same time I don’t see the problem in bringing multiple communities with an overarching theme together. To me it’s not about splintering the community or driving traffic, it’s bringing as many people who love cooking together.

If you had to eat only one culture's cuisine for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
I think I would pick Japanese. There’s just so much variety I find and I already eat mostly Asian food as it is.
