This account has repeatedly passed off photos from Syria as photos from Gaza. She's used this very one before, if I recall correctly. She knows this woman is Syrian, but she doesn't care because what matters to "pro-Palestine" assholes is getting clout, no matter how many lies they have to tell.
They don't give a fuck about Gazans just like they don't give a fuck about Syrians.
