Counting down the hours to being out of the office. A rewarding (and long) stretch over the last few months. Lots of learning. Lots of growth. Incredible moments with the people I walk alongside.

Example - WHY on earth would you want ingest fish oil when you can get the same benefits from algae? The algae is the source. It's what the fish ate to make them a source of omega-3. Skip the toxic, unnecessary middle!
