My level of emotional resistance to doing laundry is unreal. It doesn't even take that long, and I don't have to stay at the laundromat while my clothes are in the machine! The bar across the street from there has hamburgers today! Yet I sit here, frozen, bargaining with myself that maybe I can do it tomorrow (when there will be no hamburgers, btw).
