Important things you need to remember about the struggle for freedom are that it will be ongoing and you can NEVER GIVE UP. People are all the same. And, no group of people has the right to abuse another group of people through violence and lies. The group abusing all groups are the wealthy.
@Barbramon1 I feel the same way. I think about my older relatives and ancestors. They survived so that I could be here today. I try hard not to let them down in any of my behavior. I think about them when times are hard and gather strength from their fortitude. If they could do what they did, I can do what I have to do.
KKK demonstrations are protected by the police. Yet, police are called if students and Jewish groups speak out about genocide in Palestine and they are proclaimed antisemites. AT WHAT POINT does all this fuckery BIND US ALL TOGETHER IN THE FIGHT?
@janisf If at least half the nation were literate, perhaps they could “see through it.” They’re not. So, don’t dismiss the destruction of education on purpose, nor the gaslighting and propaganda of the news mimicking half of the government. People can’t even fucking understand wearing a mask.
