You would think it would smell amazing, but it didn’t smell like much of anything to me, unfortunately. Also, I think that this is a specific variety that is grown for its flowers and not the root.

I loved being able to sleep in, do what I felt like doing during the day, and then going to work. I also enjoyed being alone at night.

It was hard on my body, though. I don’t think my brain ever fully adjusted, because on the weekends it was like my body tried to switch me back to a normal schedule (because I was hanging out with family and friends), and I had to re-adjust on Monday. It also doesn’t really work with dating. And I wanted to kill the landscaping people who would trim the hedges at my apartment complex at 10am.

Trilogy of Terror messed me up pretty badly as a kid. I kept my feet off the floor for a week. I just kept jumping around from piece of furniture to piece of furniture.

I saw Event Horizon in my 20s. My bro-in-law and I thought it was just going to be a goofy horror movie that we could laugh at.

We were wrong.

Thank you! I love bees. I want to try to attract more fireflies and butterflies as well. Our front lawn is grass, but I plan on fixing that soon.

Primary exercise is lifting (before it was to be jacked and strong, but now it’s for health and fun) every other day. No cardio at the moment aside from walking my dog. I plan on adding in LISS via an indoor cardio machine of some type.

I’m a dog guy. I also like cats, but can’t have one due to allergies. I’d love for my dog to have a cat brother/sister.

The issue with sorting by stuff it thinks you like is problematic, I think. You’ll eventually end up in a bubble where the things you see will be reinforced more over time.

Many men who claim to be 3 to 5% body fat are really more like 10 to 12%. 5% territory is just not sustainable - men who really go down to those levels do so briefly for bodybuilding shows.

100% agree.

I like doing an A/B workout, where A is one full body workout, and B is another. Both are legs/push/pull, but just different exercises. Here’s an example for someone just getting into lifting who wants to be fit:

A - Bulgarian Split Squat, DB Bench, DB 1-Arm Row

B - Kickstand Romanian Deadlift, DB Overhead Press, Pulldown (or Assisted Chinup)

3 sets of 8-12 reps each. Just alternate the two and lift 3x a week. The other two days can be LISS.

Front foot elevated Bulgarian Split Squats and Kickstand RDLs absolutely demolish my glutes.
