Huge personal milestone unlocked in 2024: I've managed to qualify to join the SFWA, and will be able to attend the Nebula conference and speak on a couple of panels.

I so seldom get to participate in the writing community in this deep a manner, and wow am I PUMPED.

What do you see?

I see the blue sky behind the maple leaves, but when I showed the finished painting to my hubby, he said he sees the leaves floating on aqua blue water in a pond or pool.

@KarenKasparArt I see leaves floating in water in which I also see a reflection of the sky and trees.

So I guess a see a mix of both.
