I just made a phone call.
It was regarding something relatively straightforward and simple to sort out and I was on the phone for 37 minutes. Most of that was on hold.

As soon as it ended I burst into tears.
I am exhausted. My neck and back are agony from the tension. I’ve got a headache and I feel sick.
It took about 30 minutes to stop shaking.

I wrote my speech but they interrupted, trying to get me to do security questions first.

But I did it… yay?

I really wish there was a way to never have to make phone calls.

I do everything I possibly can via email and online. If it has to be a call usually I get D to make them for me, but if there’s any security questions needed they insist I’m on the phone, even when they have no way of knowing if it’s me by my voice.

I really hate having to rely on him and it makes it even harder if they’re only available during working hours.

I've got an afternoon in London tomorrow and no idea how to spend my time.

My original plan was to go to the Natural History Museum but then I remembered it's half-term, so no thank you.

Can anyone think of a reason why a PC would completely lose the ability to shut down on its own?
It started happening a while ago so I did a clean install and now it’s happening again.

It’ll get to black screen, monitors go to sleep but it doesn’t switch off.
I tried disabling fast startup but now it just hangs on the blue shutting down screen. It can’t restart either.

Windows 10, nothing wrong with hardware afaik.

Apple’s iCloud security is already flat out annoying.
Why do I have to tell my phone I’m allowed to log in on my PC every 14 days?
The “stay logged in” box means nothing.

Finally Toob have arrived in our area and opened sign ups.

Just in the nick of time as our current discount to £32/month with Virgin ends in 4 days and that plus the April price increase would put our bill up to SEVENTY FOUR POUNDS just for broadband. 250mbps but still…

Oh, and a phone line we have literally never even hooked up a phone to but were forced to take.

Cannot wait to be rid of them.
