Does anyone use Manageengine here and knows how yp configure it ?

We are a small team and I want to create 2 separate queues. So end user submits a ticket using the portal and the ticket should go to the service desk queue. If SD can’t resolve it then they assign it to Networks team which will be the second queue. Also once assigned to networks team the tickets shouldn’t be in SD queue.
