The more I consider it, the more I’m leaning towards trading in my 2018 iPad Pro for a M2 iPad Air. I just can’t quite bring myself to trading in my MacBook Air just yet. I want options.

@skoobz I have an M1 iPad Air and it's still lovely. Nice little tablet, although like all the iPads I've had, it's sorely underused.

Something that I still can't get my head around on Mastodon... when I click on an account’s "Followers" or "Following" list, I can only see my own profile, maybe a few others if they are on the same instance. Is there any way around this? I feel that it's quite a barrier to finding interesting content 🤔

I'm using Ivory, but I assume it's the same on other clients?

@mentallyalex I think that anyone working remotely develops their own ways to communicate. I prefer async as it works well with timezones etc. Personally, I use online whiteboarding and recorded presentations. Feedback can be left as a reply video, comment notes, or email.

@mentallyalex I think it's important to have processes in place, but I do like to remain flexible as every job and customer is different, and as such their needs vary.
