@simonvarwell wing it a fair bit, ran out of cornflour so used gf flour this time but basically press, slice and marinade tofu (soy and togarashi this time), mix cornflour with chilli flakes, salt, whatever else (smoked paprika this time), put the tofu bits in
tupperware with the flour mixture and shake, fry in about a half inch of oil, turning halfway thru

@simonvarwell oh I used szeuchuan pepper too. it’s getting the flour mix right really, you need more salt and less hot spice than you think!

@simonvarwell it should be deep fried really but we don’t have a deep fryer and anyway I hate wasting all that oil, so I do a kinda compromise!

    2. actually as developers we should understand that our job is about communication. properly-run meetings can be a really efficient way to understand requirements and align on our approach
