the three stages of developers' attitudes to meetings:

1. I fucking hate meetings
2. actually as developers we should understand that our job is about communication. properly-run meetings can be a really efficient way to understand requirements and align on our approach
3. I could be in probably 70% fewer meetings if I killed just that one guy
