The city of @stadtaachen thought it would be a great idea to outsource the handling of public parking fees to a profit oriented data hoarding company that stores personal details from millions of users.
Big surprise: the company was hacked, and users' names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and shortened payment data were stolen.
Someone told us matrix.ccc.ac is blocked by some Dutch ISPs. Someone said the VodafoneZiggo DNS resolves to unavailable.for.legal.reasons.ziggo (213.46.185.10) and people using Telekom NL reportedly have issues.
We ran a RIPE Atlas measurement across all Dutch RIPE probes, but none of them returned a spoofed DNS result.
