It's been long enough since the last tournament frenzy that all the salt has washed away since the anime waifu tournament, so it's time for a new, fresh batch of salt.
That is why it is time for the worst tournament yet - the BIGGEST FAGGOT tourney! Nominate the people you think are the biggest faggots on this side of fedi! Poke fun at your friends or deliver a genuine needle to your enemy!

Rules:
Nominate up to THREE (3) eligible accounts. Each nomination is worth one point, regardless of placement!
Top FIFTEEN (15) nominated accounts on June 1st go to the single-elimination tourney, and are seeded based on the number of nominations.
Ties are broken by arbitration, and will likely be chosen to maximize salt. :smug1:
If somehow fewer than 15 accounts are nominated - perhaps by an obvious consensus - then the tournament organizer arbitrarily fills in the lower seeds. :shrug:
Eligibility of nominees:
The account must be run by someone who is presumed to be a biological male (women cannot be faggots, but troons can be).
The account must be on an instance that federates with bae.st (anyone else is not on this side of fedi).
The organizer, @ceo_of_monoeye_dating, is ineligible for nomination. Instead, the organizer automatically takes the 16th seed for the shameful act of organizing a tournament! :jahy_gah:
Eligibility of nominators/voters:
The account holder must have been on an instance which federates with bae.st since January 2024* (Gablins can't vote, but they can be nominated).
The account holder must not vote against themselves in a poll (No defending yourself).
Known alts are discarded when discovered! (No Sui, you can't give judgedread 9 nominations).
Tournament setup:
It's a seeded single elimination.
Under the poll, you type your vote out (like in the anime waifu poll).
You have roughly 24 hours to vote from the time of posting to the time of counting.

@ceo_of_monoeye_dating huh I would have expected that number to be higher but I'm probably just overestimating how many trans people there are. And since you'll get in terrible for beating the shit out of them these days I'm sure their actions have probably driven normal people to want to commit suicide too so it's safe to say that for every trans person that's allowed to live they drive at least 2 normal people to suicide as well.

IIRC it's 0.5% of the population in a normal society...but in the US, that's about 2% of the youth.
Lifetime suicide risk is about 3%. So if about half of all trannies rope in the US, that checks out.
It's just odd to think that such a large portion of the suicides can be chalked up to membership in a group which is being promoted in the US. It's such a large factor that it can't be ignored.

My generation doesn't really care about it that much, we still have our typical Czech humor and mindset. Younger generations are overpolitized to the point that 13 year old kids on Twitter will have "Right-wing, LGBT supporter, destroy Russia, free palestine" in their bio.
@phnt@ceo_of_monoeye_dating@straw I'm not sure how I feel about discriminatory humor. I definitely don't feel like it should be banned or something out of proportion like that, but I do feel like that does have the power to keep enforcing harmful stereotypes and things like that.
I also think discriminatory jokes can often be very funny like any joke that comes someone's expensive, discriminatory or not. But I think it's pretty easy to tell if someone means a joke in a funny/teasing way and not in a actual racist kind of way.
On the topic of bios on social media, that isn't exclusive to Twitter and that happens a lot here on the fediverse too.
I personally think heavy overpoliticized bios are a symptom of a very big problem in general, for adults as well, not just children.
It's fine to support a political movement, but if you make your politics your entire personality that's probably not good.
Not saying activism is a bad thing, it obviously isn't, but I do think activism is just like a job in the sense and you need to create some distance between it and your personal life. If politics is your entire personality that will create nasty things like burnout, nihilism and depression very quickly.

How should a decent, white population treat bears? Specifically, relatively docile black bears.
There is of course the immediate and obvious answer "with respect," and I agree. However, when one makes the comparison between bears and niggers makes one sincerely ask the question: can bears and humans coexist in the same society, as near-equals?
Most bears are better behaved than niggers. Moreover, issues with sexual mixing are absent between bears and humans - we do not have to worry about black bears raping human women so often. One can imagine bears being put to useful work alongside people, and it does not seem like a stretch to imagine bears learning enough human language that they can properly interact with society - after all, Koko learned sign language, it should not be impossible for an intelligent bear to learn how to communicate with humans. Bears are also fuzzy and big and soft, while niggers are smelly and gross.
Bears are unironically more capable of interacting with human populations than niggers. I think it would be a better experiment to see if humans and bears can build a society together than our current experiment of seeing if humans and niggers can build a society together.
