Kind of wondering why @traewelling does know about busses in the province of Limburg in The Netherlands, but not elsewhere in the country 🤔. Cities in Limburg like Maastricht, Roermond, Weert all list busses. But outside that province like big cities as Rotterdam, Utrecht or Groningen: no busses (or trams or metros) show up. Anyone can clarify?

The Dutch high speed line. Where your train gets overtaken by cars on the motorway A4 next to it. Because there is a speed limit of 80 km/h due to construction errors 🤪🫠. And still need to pay a supplement for this service :omya_ns: .

Today starts my travel to the #SUGCON2024 conference in Dublin 🇮🇪. Like the 2023 edition in Málaga, I go this year by train. And because Ireland, also a boat of course 😜.

The travel days are (unfortunately) split up in two days. Due to suboptimal connections in England it was not possible to do it in one day. So today I will travel to London and tomorrow further to Dublin.

The NS Reisplanner has currently a strange quirk where it does not recognize Rotterdam Centraal metro station. So it comes up with strange routes with nearby stations and walking… 😀 (9292.nl seems to have the same issue)
