Versuche gerade, zu meiner FRITZ!Box einzurichten. Der WireGuard Client am Mac und auch am iPhone sagen jeweils, dass die Verbindung aktiv ist aber dann funktionieren jeweils keinerlei ausgehende Verbindungen mehr. Währenddessen wird in der FRITZ!Box auch nicht angezeigt, dass eine VPN Verbindung aktiv wäre.
Wo fange ich da an zu suchen?

@oliklee Solange du Menschenmengen fotografierst und nicht gezielt einzelne Personen oder kleine Gruppen sollte es doch kein Problem sein.

Meine Schreibtischecke ist sehr weit weg von der normalen Zimmerheizung und wenn ich da den ganzen Tag sitze, dann brauch ich manchmal einen extra Wärmeschub. :blobcatcomfaww: Aber ich muss dringend den uralten Radiator aus Muttis Keller austauschen. Was nimmt man da so? Konvektor, Radiator oder Infrarotheizung? :blobcatthink:

@mhuber84 Pro Tipp meiner Frau: Füße auf eine Wärmflasche stellen. Macht sie zur Zeit ständig. Ist vermutlich günstiger als eine Heizung. @danielsiepmann

I'm currently in another update from 10 to 12. Invested some time in understanding ES6 JavaScript modules and how to use the TYPO3 modules within custom TypeScript for our own backend module.

@danielsiepmann @mikestreety Regarding repeatable and deployable Permission Sets for you might want to have a look at https://github.com/b13/permission-sets
But I haven't tested it yet. Nevertheless I would appreciate it very much if permissions could be configured completely without database.

Apart from that, I'm currently experimenting with an in-context editing feature for and Crowdin and I've been invited to test a new extension.

@Xitnelat gerade um 7:15 und 7:20 kam von den Schulen meiner Kinder die Info, dass der Landkreis Ebersberg nun doch entschieden hat, heute Distanzunterricht zu machen 🙈
Da saß die Große schon in der S-Bahn.

Warum ist der Landkreis meiner Schule immer mit Abstand der letzte, der Entscheidungen über Schulausfälle trifft? Alle drumherum sind fertig und bei uns heißt es immer nur „bitte warten“.

@againman Ähnliches hier im Landkreis Ebersberg. Nachrichten von den Schulen meiner Kinder kamen um 7:15 und 7:20 an. Da saß die Große längst in der S-Bahn.
Aber ich beneide die Steuerungsgruppe im Landratsamt auch nicht um ihre Aufgabe, es allen recht zu machen. Meine persönliche Meinung ist, dass im Landkreis Ebersberg heute nicht zu Problemen kommen wird. Aber vielleicht werde ich noch eines Besseren belehrt.

Münzeinzahlung in Hauptstelle der : Münzen werden in eine Plastiktüte gefüllt, und die geht per Versand zum Geldzähldienstleister... Buchung erfolgt in den nächsten Tagen dann. Kunde bekommt als "Quittung" einen Abschnitt der Tüte mit einem Barcode drauf. Das war's. 😲

@Xitnelat @derhansen Krass, bin auch bei einer VR Bank und hier sind alle Einzahlungen der eigenen Kunden (noch) gratis. Aber das Filialnetz wird auch immer dünner und Services eingedampft bzw. kostenpflichtig.

TIL: There is a isHiddenPalette feature in the TCA of .
Editors need access to sys_language_uid of the child records for IRRE records so that the translation can be saved properly.
However, if the editors should not be able to see the select field (so that they don't mess around with it), you can put it in a hidden palette:

Really motivating. Currently working on the content-blocks extension to provide out of the box inline rendering. content_blocks allows easily create relations to other records. E.g. to content for tabs, accordion, slider etc. Or to other records like fe_users. TYPO3 already allows defining custom renderer for all types of records to provide a proper preview in TYPO3 backend.

Many thanks to Nikita who seems to be the main driver right now.

content_blocks will hopefully provide a ready to use rendering of those relations. Current progress (github.com/nhovratov/content-b…):

I now have 200 followers on Mastodon. That's less than 20% of my followers on the birdsite, but I still feel more at home here than on the birdsite. Of course I would love to see more people here!
What I miss most on Mastodon is a proper search over all instances.

The members of the Association have selected four ideas to be funded in the first quarter of 2024. I'm particularly excited about the upcoming new rules. But also the other ideas to revive the image rendering initiative, improvements to the translation process of pages and content, and better ACLs with predefined users and groups are exciting.
If all these ideas are completed in Q1, it will be a huge step forward for TYPO3!
